The Castle Decor includes hanging guide instructions, along with metal nails, in the box. Customers do not need a drilling machine for hanging.

8. What is the estimated time for delivery to my location?

At The Castle Decor, we prepare orders on a print-on-demand basis, striving to dispatch them either the same day or the next day. Typically, it takes between 3 to 7 working days for your order to reach your location. Please note that all packages are dispatched from Punjab.

Although we don't provide gift wrapping services at the moment, we meticulously pack each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

17. Are all the artworks featured on the website prints or paintings?

Currently, we exclusively offer wall art prints. These are not paintings but rather high-quality reproductions of the original art crafted by our team of designers and artists.

18. What is the reason behind The Castle Decor charging 20% prepaid instead of offering 100% Cash on Delivery (COD)?

On behalf of every e-commerce player, we firmly believe that some customers place random Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without being sure of their intention to purchase. Unfortunately, this can lead to significant losses for e-commerce players, particularly in the case of fragile items like art or paintings, which may get damaged during transportation if rejected upon delivery. Additionally, there are considerable expenses incurred in transportation.

To mitigate these risks and prevent unintentional purchases, we request a 20% advance payment. In case of Return to Origin (RTO) due to undeliverable addresses or other reasons, your full payment will be promptly refunded within 3-7 days. This approach helps us ensure a smoother and more reliable transaction process for both parties . involved.
