1. What is the estimated delivery time to my location?

At The Castle Decor, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Typically, deliveries take 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that unexpected circumstances such as regional disruptions, courier delays, or logistical issues may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, we remain committed to keeping you informed throughout the shipping process.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID along with the courier partner details.
You can use this information to track your shipment easily until it reaches your doorstep.

3. When will my order be dispatched after confirmation?

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after order confirmation.

Prepaid orders are considered confirmed immediately.
In case of partial payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call or contact the customer to confirm the order, as such orders carry a higher risk of cancellation.

Once the order is confirmed by the customer, we begin preparation.

Since The Castle Decor operates on a print-on-demand model, each product is created specifically for your order. This process takes time to ensure proper quality and finishing.
