Return & Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our products, all return, refund, or replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order for any concern. Requests made after this period will be considered final.


Cases Where We Accept Returns, Replacements, or Refunds

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only in the following situations:

  1. Damaged Product on Delivery
    If the product arrives damaged due to transit.

  2. Manufacturing or Pre-Existing Defect
    If the product has any defect before use.

  3. Incorrect Item Delivered
    If the item delivered does not match your order.

👉 In all the above cases, we will provide a free replacement, and you may keep the originally delivered item. No additional charges will apply.


If You Do Not Like the Product (No Damage / No Defect)

If the product is:

  • Delivered correctly

  • In perfect condition

  • Matches the order placed

…but you still wish to return it due to personal preference:

  • Since most products are customized, returns are generally not accepted

  • However, if the item is non-personalized and resalable (such as a best-selling design), we may accept the return at our discretion

In such approved cases:

  • A refund or website coupon will be issued

  • Minimal shipping charges will be deducted to cover:

    • Shipping from our warehouse to your address

    • Return shipping from your address to our warehouse


Return Conditions

For any return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted


Refund Process

  • All returned items are inspected after receipt

  • If the item meets our return conditions, the refund will be initiated

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method or issued as a website coupon, as applicable

  • Bank processing times may vary
