Yes, The Castle Decor accepts returns if there is any manufacturing defect or if the product delivered is different from the original order. In such cases, we are happy to arrange a return or exchange, provided the request is made within 5 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.

2. Customers pay only 50% of the original price upon exchange, with a nominal delivery charge.

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours, and we'll promptly begin the process for a refund or exchange*.

- Please be aware that returns are only accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation Policy:
At The Castle Decor, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. To maintain efficiency in our order processing, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Dispatch Timing: Orders received before 12:00 pm (noon) are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
- Cancellation Window: Customers have the opportunity to cancel their orders, provided the cancellation request is made before 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of placing the order.
- Cancellation Restrictions: Unfortunately, any cancellation requests received after 12:00 pm (noon) cannot be accommodated. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation will not be entertained.
