Return Policy

1. When Do We Accept Returns, Refunds, or Replacements?

We accept returns, refunds, or replacements only in the following cases:

• The product is damaged upon delivery

• The product has a manufacturing or pre-existing defect

• An incorrect item was delivered

📌 Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

👉 In these cases, we will provide a free replacement, and you may keep the originally delivered item. No additional charges will apply.

2. If You Do Not Like the Product (No Damage / No Defect)

If the product:

• Is delivered correctly

• Is in perfect condition

• Matches the order placed

…but you wish to return it due to personal preference:

• Since our products are customized, returns are generally not accepted

• However, if the product is non-personalized and resalable (for example, a best-selling design), we may accept the return at our discretion

If approved:

• A refund or website coupon will be issued

• Minimal shipping charges will be deducted to cover:

  • Warehouse → your address

  • Your address → warehouse

3. Return Conditions

For any return to be eligible:

• Product must be unused

• Must be in original condition and packaging

• Proof of purchase is mandatory

• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

4. What If I Receive a Damaged Product?

If your product arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

While raising the claim, please share:

• Clear photo or video evidence

• Order number

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

5. Exchange Policy (Special Benefit)

Hassle-Free Wall Art Exchange Program

• Valid for up to 2 years from the date of purchase

• Customers pay only 50% of the original price for the exchanged item

• A nominal delivery charge applies

• This is a one-time exchange per purchase

• Original invoice/bill must be retained

This policy is designed to help you refresh your space without starting over.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

We operate on a print-on-demand model.

• If your order has NOT yet been transferred to the production team, it can be cancelled easily, and a full refund will be credited to your original payment method.

• If your order has already been transferred to production, cancellation is not possible, as work begins immediately after confirmation.

To check cancellation eligibility, please contact our team as early as possible.

7. Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours after order confirmation

• Prepaid orders are considered confirmed immediately

• For partial payment / COD orders, our team may contact you to confirm the order before production

Since we are a print-on-demand brand, preparation takes time.
We request your cooperation as we focus on quality, not mass production.

8. Refund Processing

• Returned items are inspected after receipt

• If approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method or issued as a website coupon

• Bank processing times may vary

• OTPs
