Yes, The Castle Decor accepts returns within 7 days under the condition that the product is not damaged. However, please note that delivery charge will be borne    by the customer.

2. Is product exchange an option?

1. The Castle Decor provides a hassle-free exchange policy valid for 2 years from purchase.

2. Customers pay only 50% of the original price upon exchange, with a nominal delivery charge.

3. Retaining the purchase bill is crucial for availing the policy, which is a one-time offer per purchase.

3.What if the product or painting doesn't compliment my wall?

Yes, The Castle Decor accepts returns within 7 days under the condition that     the product is not damaged. However, please note that delivery charge will be borne by the customer.

4. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours, and we'll promptly begin the process for a refund or exchange*.

*When making your claim, please include:

  • Evidence of damage Order Number
  • Please be aware that returns are only accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation Policy:

At The Castle Decor, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. To maintain efficiency in our order processing, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  • Dispatch Timing: Orders received before 12:00 pm (noon) are processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Cancellation Window: Customers have the opportunity to cancel their orders, provided the cancellation request is made before 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of placing the order.
  • Cancellation Restrictions: Unfortunately, any cancellation requests received after 12:00 pm (noon) cannot be accommodated. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation will not be entertained.
